32nd Annual International Banquet

The Association of International Students at Missouri State University extends a special invitation to its 32nd Annual International Banquet and Show. Dozens of countries from around the world will be represented in this unique event that is annually attended by nearly 600 students and people from around Missouri.

The evening will begin with a banquet of exotic dishes from a variety of countries. The buffet prepared by students... (assisted by faculty advisors) will feature both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes.

The banquet will be followed by cultural entertainment by students. The show will include dance routines, musical offerings, skits, and other performances from Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin America, and North America. This is a must-see cultural learning opportunity.

Tickets (which include both the dinner and the show) are $20 for the general public and $15 for students.

Tickets will be available for purchase starting November 1st to November 10th, 2010, Monday through Friday, at the following campus locations:

the Multicultural Resource Center located in Plaster Student Union 141, from 8 a.m. to 5 p. m.,

and the AIS ticket booth on the second floor of Plaster Student Union (in front of Bear Tech), from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

It is also recommended that everyone buy tickets as early as possible because they sell out very fast.
